We offer free shipping for all orders to Spain. For orders to the USA, you will receive free shipping for orders above the value of $100.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Parcels arrive within 3 to 4 business days from shipping.
How long can I return an order?
You have up to 30 days from the delivery to return your order.
In which condition can items be returned?
Items can only be returned in their original new condition (unworn) with plastic covers and tags.

Which material are the clothing items made of?
You can find the specific material and information about the fabric of each product in the product description on the product page.
An item I want to buy is out of stock. When will it be available again?
If you want to stay updated about restocking we advise you to sign up for our newsletter. Then you will be the first to know about restocks and new products.
Which payment methods are available?
You can pay with shopPay, PayPal, GooglePay or with a credit card. The credit cards we accept are Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express.
How can I use a discount code?
The discount code can be entered at the checkout page. After that, the discount will be reduced from the total amount of your order.
